Location The house is conveniently located close to I-93 and the I-495 loop. It also offers easy access to the lakes of New Hampshire as well as the beaches of Maine and New Hampshire. House Rules & Living Arrangements You will be sharing the home with me, Travis. I am a 42-year-old, gay, divorced male. I do not smoke and have no pets. This is an LGBTQ- and female-protected space. Please note the following rules: - No pets are allowed. - No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. -Vaping allowed - Parking inside the attached garage is required. Rent, Utilities, & Lease Terms - Lease Term: month to month or longer if you prefer. minimum lease. After the initial two months, the agreement converts to a flexible month-to-month arrangement. - Move-in Costs: Only the first month's rent is due upfront (no security deposit requested). - Included Utilities: Water, sewer, trash, 1-Gbps fiber internet, and gas (from April to October). - Shared Utilities: You will be responsible for one-third of the electric bill year-round, as well as one-third of the gas bill from November to March.
