    Beautiful open bright home. lot and lots of windows, home surrounded by open space, in the best neighborhood in all of Sequim ( We would never sell if not forced to, due to family issues, we love it here ) We had 2 different Realtor's from 2 different agency's come out to give pricing ideas, and they both said the same thing, you do not want to sell, you will regret it, this is where everyone wants to be. Great for a family, 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 of them is huge ( we play ping pong there ) with vaulted ceilings and 2 big wood beams 2 dormers, and beautiful wood french doors leading to nice deck with great views. Downstairs has 2 more bedrooms 1 of them is a master suite with a walk in closet and adjoining bath, and its own slider and deck leading to the very private backyard ( it would make a great mother in-law suite ). The house has a great room concept with a big dinning room, and living room and kitchen, it has a beautiful custom built corner fireplace mantle ( Brazilian Cherry ) with a built in pellet stove for those cool nights. The backyard has a nice big swing set and fort, and a sandbox, The whole house has nice views of the light house, strait and Mt Baker and the Olympic mountains. You will see all the cruise ships go by the lighthouse, it is quite beautiful. Actually you will see all the ships go by, about 6,000 a year, including Aircraft carriers, and submarines, and lots and lots of containers ships. And when fogy you will hear all the fog horns from all the ships passing by. There are lots of times when it will be warm and sunny yet the water will be fogged in, it is very cool. It has a mud/utility room. There is a good size 5+ car garage/shop, about 1200sf with its own pellet stove for heat. Lots of decks with one of them running the whole length of the house over 800sf with part of it covered for shade with a porch swing. There are deer and Eagles everywhere, there is a Eagle breeding grounds 1/2 mile away, where they come from all over every year to pair up, we have counted 32 at one time. The Dungeness spit is walking distance. Home is located inside the famous blue hole of Sequim ( ask your pilots friends ) Sequim gets about 12-14 inches of rain a year, but according to NOAA charts, out here in the dungeness we get less than 10 inches a year. About comparable to LA. Home sits on one level acre zoned for your horse or ? We are at the end of a long driveway that you have all to yourself, set way back from the road, and surrounded by open acreage, very private, even thought it is so open. We do not even have curtains up, it is that private. Walking distance to beach, it is so close you can hear the surf when there is some wind, and other times when it is calm and quite you will hear the Dungeness river which is also walking distance. and the Olympic Game farm is so close you will hear the wild animals at the game farm ( Lions, Wolves howling, elk, and peacocks, ) Fantastic neighborhood for viewing the stars ( this area is great for star gazing very clear sky's and very little light pollution. Cline irrigation on property so you have all the water you want without running your well. Oh and the well water taste great and we have wonderful soil so you can plant anything and it will grow. We have a special needs son living here, so we need some consideration for showings ( as it can be hard on him ) 2.5 % Buyers Realtor,s fee offered
