    This would be a great potential homesite. The original homesteader lived there from l941-1998. It is a beautiful 6.47 acres that allows you to view beautiful sunsets. Only a short drive from Clovis or Melrose. It is in the Melrose School District. There are 2 drilled and cased wells on the property sufficient to support a home! The last time the well by the rock house was used was in 1998. There is no pump installed. The other well was drilled around 2008 and cased but was never used.
