The lease start would be June 1st 2026 and ends May 31st 2027 with the option to renew in January. Details are as follows: - The apartment ONE room available on the second floor of a 3-bed, 1-bath. Rent is $1150/month plus utilities (Central AC, Central heat, and WiFi). The apartment is pet friendly and is .33 miles to the Davis Square T stop (5 min walk to the red line!), .2 miles to the 87/88 bus lines, and .2 miles to Tufts. It's also right around the corner from a park for those warm sunny days. The move in date can be flexible in June. (Please ask if you'd like to move after June 1st/) The kitchen has pretty new appliances (dishwasher, gas stove, gorgeous granite top island). It's on a quiet street that typically has plenty of street parking available and beautiful natural light.
