This includes but is not limited to: - keeping shared areas clean and not leaving behind messes, - maintaining good hygiene within shared spaces, - not disturbing each other or neighbors with excessive noise, - communicating with each other to coordinate schedules and use of shared spaces in a hospitable manner, - smoking or other activities which may release vapers/smoke that could agitate others or cause stain/damage is not allowed within the building, - pets must be approved of by all roommates in case of allergies, etc.. Any litter boxes or similar items must be kept in their owners private room. Pet owners must pick up any droppings left by their pets in the yard and are responsible for cleaning up after any messes they may make within the house.
