Flexible lease periods. 2 rooms available (3 total). Each room is single occupancy.
Private room fully furnished with bed, desk, drawers/shelving, wall-mounted Google smart tv, built-in wardrobe/closet, and two windows.
Rent includes utilities and high speed 1gig fiber internet via wifi 6.
Shared living spaces:
Main floor - 1 full bath, partially renovated kitchen, fully furnished dining and living room area, and attached deck overlooking the forest.
Basement - Shared washer and dryer area.
Parking - off-street parking pad fits two mid-size cars.
House is located right off South Street at the quiet end of the suburb. Short walk or bike ride to downtown, bus stops, and Eastern (ECSU). Short bus ride or drive to UCONN. Multiple nearby parks and airline trail.
Small pet breads with an adult weight under 25 pounds may be allowed pending approval from other roommates.
Preference towards roommates focused on their college studies rather than college parties.

Lease terms
Duration: Typically follows college academic year. Negotiable.
Rent: Monthly
Fees: One time security deposit, and one time application fee.
Utilities: Included in rent. A separate utility fee equivalent to your portion of the utility bill may be implemented if their is excessive use as compared to the other roommates.
Roommates are expected to be respectful of each other and the neighbors. This includes but is not limited to:
- keeping shared areas clean and not leaving behind messes,
- maintaining good hygiene within shared spaces,
- not disturbing each other or neighbors with excessive noise,
- communicating with each other to coordinate schedules and use of shared spaces in a hospitable manner,
- smoking or other activities which may release vapers/smoke that could agitate others or cause stain/damage is not allowed within the building,
- pets must be approved of by all roommates in case of allergies, etc.. Any litter boxes or similar items must be kept in their owners private room. Pet owners must pick up any droppings left by their pets in the yard and are responsible for cleaning up after any messes they may make within the house.
Housemate details
One full-time junior physics student at UCONN with a job. Hobbies include art, trade/crafts, music, games, and science. Clean, has occasional guests, pet friendly.
