This is a shared living space. I'm looking for someone to move into my spare bedroom at Atwater Apartments in Tavares. The rent is $1545 and utilities are around $280 so it's about $915 each. You would have access to 2 pools & the gym along with the other community amenities. I'm a 22 year old female, I'm not opposed to living with either men or women, I just need somebody who can pay half. Oh and I also have a cat. Just need the $915 upon move in
