This small furnished country cape has one bedroom and bathroom on three mostly wooded acres near Pawlet Village center. The cottage comes fully furnished with a stacked washer/dryer and 85in Samsung QLED streaming TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped. The rear deck of the home has a gas grill and a two person hot tub with seasonal views of Mount Hoag. A quiet Mitsubishi minisplit is used primarily for cooling and heating. Hardwood floors throughout except in the bathroom where the floor is luxury vinyl. Storage space is available in the loft. Good light throughout the home, garden for planting veggies, perennial herbs, flowers, blueberries and raspberries in the unfenced yard. The chickadees will eat sunflower seeds from your hand! *Chicken Coop and garden shed. The well water has been tested for safety and tastes yummy.
