A short drive to the boat ramp, bring your boat, kayaks, jetskis and the like along! Only a 10 minute walk to the beach, just about half a mile til your toes are in the sand! Amazing shade with glimmers of sun is available in gobs on the private screened in patio, just off the kitchen and dining room. Relax inside or outside, grab some beach gear and head to the sand, or grill out on our propane BBQ. HALL BATH: Between the two guest bedrooms with shower/tub combo. OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days. PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking in our driveway and single car garage for up to 3 cars. LAUNDRY: We offer a laundry area in the garage with washer and dryer, starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated walkable to a beach access, and a few minutes drive from St. Augustine Beach! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent Beach to park and walk on. TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Contact me for recommendations. *SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for.
