All utilities are included(water, sewer, trash, electric & gas). $1550 deposit & $1550 first month rent required by move in for well qualified tenant. Might work with some unqualified tenant if last month is paid also. Full background & eviction check and credit check + employment verification needed. (Will accept full Zillow application with all adults included) or it's $30/person for us to check it. Minimum of 1 year lease, then month to month afterwards. Pet policy: a one time pet fee of $300 and $20 per cat per month or $30 per small dog per month. Large dog allowed case by case.
