Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly people. There is a park only a block away with basketball court, playground and soccer/baseball field. There is also a neighborhood lake with a beautiful walking trail. We also have a police officer that lives a few houses down from us. That's always a plus for safety! In last 4 years there were many additions to the home: Kitchen redone (granite countertops and travertine backsplash) refurbished cabinets. Hardwood floor in living room. Master bathroom totally redone (new travertine and pebbles shower, new granite tile floor. AC was replaced in 2015, gutters where added in 2021, Roof was replaced in 2017. Bedrooms' have new laminated floors. Backyard patio has new composite deck over it. Many other little things added.
