Nice, big place with A/C, washer and dryer, garage, backyard, new appliances, two living rooms. Rent would be $1100 + utilities. It is a 3 bedroom, I am renting out only one of them so there will be 2 people total (including me). Unfortunately no more pets as I already have 2 dogs here. Good location and close to Denver/ Edgewater/Lakewood. Lease length is a year but a little flexible. You can use the furniture that's here or bring your own. Please only females, no couples or males. My interests include dogs, the outdoors, snowboarding, plants, and crafts. Feel free to ask any questions! Owner pays for water. Renter pays electricity and internet. Deposit and first months rent due upon signing. No smoking inside.
