Two bedrooms are currently available at my house. I live here too. Shared spaces are furnished. Also have extra mattresses and frames available and one dresser. Bedrooms on main level. I also have 2 German shepherds, in case allergies are an issue. Tenants must be respectful of house rules and quiet hours (10pm-9am). Month to month lease. Dogs negotiable if they are well trained and get along w my g sheps (both female). Deal breaker - use of substances beyond alcohol and cannabis. Total utilities is between $400-500, to be split equally between all roommates.
