Minutes from groceries stores, shopping restaurants. We are opening our STR all inclusive for a 2-6 month short term lease. Peak season October-December 2026 rate is $3,500 per month. All utilities included Gas,water,electric internet. Peak season rates are $3,500 per month October-December 2026 ( Sorry there is No yearly option.) Off seasonal Winter rates January-April 2027 rates are $2,600 per month with a 3 month minimum stay. Additional cleaning fee,security deposit.
