My home has a great room with two skylights and plenty of windows to look out into the woods surrounding the place. The great room has a vaulted ceiling too. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with two vanity sinks. Shower and bath tub are separate. There is a deck on the east side upstairs as well. Down stairs there is a master bedroom with a door to the large deck off the back of the house. There is a large storage room with shelves and tile floor with a drain for future sauna. The master bathroom has a corner two person jacuzzi tub, shower, pedestal sink, and toilet. The room is large for a bathroom, with four windows for great daylight and scenery. Between the mater bedroom and the great room is a TV nook for kids, and/or me time to get away from the rest of the family. The carpet in that room was installed 3 years ago and was a higher end carpet, very soft and plush. There is a new 50 gallon water heater, and propane boiler just installed this January 2019! And the washer and dryer were both purchased within the last 3 years as well, and are energy efficient. There is a powder room with a pedestal sink and toilet off to your left when you first enter the house, making it easy to go one last time with out having to take off your boots. The patio directly in front of the main door is heated in the winter time. The kitchen is rectangular in shape and very functional, with plenty of cabinets. If I were to continue to live here I'd probably upgrade the kitchen in the next five years, but it does the job for now. The garage was re-sided, new roof, added aluminum soffit and facia, and a new R-18 rated garage door installed. It's a 3 car garage with tubing in the slab for potential to install a boiler and keep it heated in the winter. The garage is spacious and well constructed, with many outlets and overhead lights. There is also a lawn and garden shed that was just re-roofed, and painted in 2018 as well. The property has is wooded, with a creek running through it. There are 10 acres and trails I've made in the back half of the ten acre lot. I used to cut wood to heat the house and there is a never ending supply of wood if you decide to re-install the outdoor wood boiler. It's a beautiful piece of property, only 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Duluth. Oh, and Lismore Road is one of the first roads to get plowed in a snow storm as it is the path the county plow trucks take to get to Hwy 61. There have been many snow storms where people living right in town cannot get out of there small roads but we can get anywhere almost immediately. It's a nice bonus for sure. The property is five miles from the north shore and just north of the Duluth area. The roads are all paved in every direction. It will be sad to let this place go, but it's made for a family to enjoy!
