This guest house is a one bedroom with a large closet. A living area with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, and small stove. It has a small patio and a shared backyard. There is an unheated pool, and a laundry area. All utilities and wifi included. There is parking on the street. We are located on a quiet dead end street in the canyon surrounded by trees, tucked away from the city life but a short distance to downtown Glendale and Pasadena. No smoking allowed of any kind No parking in driveway There is a young dog on the property
