Fully equipped kitchen--2 large induction burners, large convection/toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. The Cottage is on the same property as our home, but up on the hill. All the parking is right at the cottage.
All utilities included - electricity, heat, water, sewer, trash, high speed internet, snow removal.
$1500 per month
Pets are considered on an individual basis.
This rental is available from approximately November through April.
No vaping or smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property.
