This is a mobile home with a add on. Unit is on family land. Partially handicap accessible. Rent includes electricity, (up to 200.00) anything over tenant will be responsible for overage. Water and gas (stove only). Absolutely no pets allowed. The deposit will be 1200.00 also. Must be kept cleaned we will be doing a monthly inspection. No pets, no smoking in unit. Must be kept clean and well maintained will be inspected monthly when tenant is home. Tenant will be responsible for any damage. Unit is partially handicapped accessible. There Will be no loud music. If police have to be called out for anything other than a summons. you will be required to move. It will be a month-to-month basis with rent due on the 1st of each month.
