Lease description

• Month-to-Month Lease. The Tenant may park on the left side of the driveway when available. Tenant shall obtain and maintain, at Tenant's sole cost, an HO-4 renter's insurance policy during the entire tenancy. Gas, water, electric, garbage, and internet utilities shall be paid by the Landlord. Overnight guests of the Tenant are allowed for no more than two (2) nights in a row. Quiet hours begin at 11:30 PM and end at 7:30 AM every day. No tenant pets are allowed. Smoking and the use of marijuana or tobacco is not allowed on the premises. The Tenant is responsible for cleaning up after themselves promptly after using any shared space. The Tenant must use heat, air conditioning, water, electricity, and other utilities reasonably. No more than two (2) guests of the Tenant are allowed on the premises at any one time. Large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
