This home is situated on 1.1 acres in Heath's idyllic town center. Water is spring-fed. The house has an extensive code enforcement order on it, so it may be better to raze it and start over in this great location. It needs a new septic system, as well. According to a 2017 environmental assessment, No. 2 fuel oil was observed during a 2002 percolation test. The assessment states eight soil boring were subsequently conducted and groundwater samples collected from 6 of them, one of which yielded a positive result. These soil borings were used as groundwater monitoring wells. In 2008, the monitoring well that previously tested positive tested as "above currently applicable GW-1 and GW-2 standards."
