IF THAT'S OKAY, READ ON... This 500 square foot studio casita is in a peaceful location about 10 miles south of the south side of Santa Fe and close to the cool towns of Cerrillos & Madrid. Beer Creek, One of the best pizza places in town, just 5 miles away!! The front of the casita faces the Ortiz Mountains and it has a beautiful view out the front window and from the patio. Includes electric, water and wifi (stove and hot water heater are electric). Is partially furnished with a 5 drawer antique dresser. Can also provide a Queen futon, coffee maker and basic kitchen items; cookware, cutlery, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, small bookshelf, recliner, dining table (collapsing sides) and coffee table if desired. Includes Fridge, oven/stove. Full bathroom with tub. Portable AC floor unit and space heaters. Their is an antenna set up (no cable) which includes 35 channels including all ABQ stations. We live on the property with our family of 4 but there are 6 acres and the casita is down away from the house so it is a private set up including a lovely porch, cactus garden and lots of land to enjoy the beautiful outdoors of NM! Oh and did we mention the 2 donkeys Magpie & Pancho?? They love getting visits and eating carrots:) - This is a 3-month lease. Not a 1-month as it states elsewhere in this listing. If all goes well during the first 3 months, we can extend the lease for up to 12 months if you like. - There is an inside 8 year old calico cat Tiki at the casita that the renter will be responsible for upkeep of food/water and tend to litter box. Tiki is sweet with the humans (loves belly rubs) but has been an "only child" since she was adopted so we arent able to allow other cats or dogs. We will provide all necessary items for cat care and handle all schedling and transpo of Tiki's vet visits. - Rent includes electric, water, garbage/recycling removal and wifi (stove and hot water heater are electric). - Private parking in front of casita. - No smoking inside of the casita.
