If interested, we will accept all applications. The application will require a $35 application fee per applicant. We will pull a credit report, and background check. Ideally, we would like to find a tenant who is very responsible, has good credit, has rented and/or owned a home before; has sufficient and stable income, and one who can handle the necessary tasks of living in a home in the east mountain.
