Starting December 4th with the Sparkle Parade down Main Street, or you can come enjoy the Northern Light show at LL Bean starting November 6-January 18. This cottage is only 3 minutes from Main Street! Nestled on a private shared lot just minutes from downtown, this charming one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom home is the perfect mix of cozy comfort and outdoor access. As you arrive, you'll find your own private parking space conveniently located right next to the home. Step inside to a light-filled open layout featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a relaxing sitting area, and thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen includes a full-sized fridge, 2 integrated burners, cookware, and everything you need to whip up a hearty breakfast or a quiet dinner in. The inviting sitting area is perfect for reading, sipping coffee, or planning your day's adventures. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable bed with fresh linens, plenty of storage, and space to unwind at the end of the day. There is an en-suite full bath with a walk in shower as well as a half bath located near with the in-unit washer and dryer. This small house offers privacy and peace, even while sharing a larger lot with a neighboring home. This little cottage is home to my in-laws that are away for the winters, and the lot is shared with a larger home that family lives in year round. We are also minutes away from some amazing state parks including Bradbury Mountain, Wolfs Neck, and Winslow Memorial. The house is available from December 1, 2026-May 31 2027. We would love to have monthly stays, but are also open to weekly stays. If you are staying for 1 week there is a $250 security deposit required, and more than 3 weeks at a time we will require a $1,000 security deposit. At the end of the stay the security deposit will be returned. For all stays there is a $150 cleaning fee added. Please inquire for weekly stay pricing. All utilities are included during the stay. This property is only suitable for 1 or 2 adults because of the size and spacing of the home. No animals of any kind per my in-laws request.
