The house has been completely restored to its beautiful original state with a few modern touches such as the bathrooms, kitchen and garden. The house sits on the corner of a safe, community neighborhood , tons of natural light and open air. In total there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, living room, kitchen and a laundry room, so there is plenty of room to roam and have to yourself Renters pay for all utilities such as PG&E, water & garbage. There already is wifi on premise so there is no need to pay for a whole new installation, the wifi can be paid in conjunction with the rent. First and last months rent + security deposit paid upon signing lease. A 1 year lease will be required after the year has completed we can go into a month to month agreement. There is no smoking allowed in the house. A small dog or cat is permitted with a pet fee of $200 upon signing of the lease. There will be owner discretion on the type of dog / cat that will be allowed. There is a $150 cleaning fee also included in the initial rental agreement.
