This property is on a long gravel road, which is a drawback, but the homes up and down the street are much nicer and more expensive than this one, and there are (oddly)several subdivisions off of the gravel road, so apparently people in Covington don't seem to mind this? Property is pretty much move in ready. There is a large greatroom, and Aluminum roof and vinyl siding make for low maintenance. The pergo in one spot in LR is a little higher.
