Beautiful house with wood exterior and large front porch. First floor has entry foyer, large living room with fireplace, sunny dining room with built-in china cabinets, and adjacent kitchen. Wide stairs from front door split halfway up to stairs leading directly to the kitchen. Second floor has bathroom, master bedroom, large bedroom, and small bedroom. Finished attic includes one large room and a bedroom. Half bathroom in basement. Detached garage. Neighborhood Description Residential neighborhood of single family homes comparable to this one. Many families with children (our two children attend the great local schools) mixed with older residents. Traditional long blocks: low traffic but easy to drive around. Nice area to walk in with well established old growth trees and varied and interesting architecture. Walking access to shopping and dining in Coventry and Cedar-Lee districts. Easy access to University Circle (5 minutes) and downtown Cleveland (15 minutes) by car. Good area to bike with excellent public transport including express buses connecting to the rapid (light rail) line linking all the way to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. I routinely use this route: it is convenient, fast, and cheap. I have also lived in Oklahoma, Illinois, California, Michigan, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Cambridge (England), and Maryland. I can say good things about all of those places, but for overall quality of life, Cleveland Heights is the best.
