CFC Properties is the property manager. Barclay Square is an apartment complex located close to Bloomington High School South. Very quiet area. It is a quaint 1 bedroom (475 square foot). The unit is 2 years old. New appliances (dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, oven/range, refrigerator, washer/dryer), and the flooring is all wood laminate. Rent is $650 a month. Water, sewer & trash are included. All you would need to pay for would be electricity, cable/internet. To get into the unit, you have to first get through a door that always locks when closed, then go though the door to the unit. The other people that are around you are very quiet and to themselves. Smoking is outside only. There is a back porch. There is a closet with two doors in the bedroom. We currently have a Queen mattress for size reference. Pets are allowed, but should be approved through CFC first. Pets do have a $300 deposit and $30 every month. You may move in as soon as you can/want! The lease is until April 30th, 2017.
