This home is my grandparent's home sitting on 3.47 acres which is now owned by my cousin and me. We are selling it to take care of our mothers as it was their property before ours. It is old and has no ac or heat. It does have a gas tank in the back yard. Also, an attic and crawl space. It has a fireplace, wall heaters, and an unfinished basement. A new roof, new hot water heater, and windows. Appliances that were in the old home were replaced by previous renters and they took what they bought. I'm pretty sure wiring needs to be done in part of the home due to previous renters trying to repair on their own. There is a well for water. It can a flip home, gutted out to make it your own, or as is. It has plot to the right of it that use to have two chicken houses on it that can be used to build sometime, new home, or whatever. And, there is an old barn. It has road frontage which is a bonus. A relative use to live in it which use to fight with their spouse and the doors are damaged in it. Pretty sad, but it is what it is as they say. To my knowledge I have describe this home to the best of my knowledge. But, it my grandparent's home and I love it! It has memories of when families use to get together, but don't anymore which I will cherish always. Hope whoever purchases it will honor it and enjoy it too as my cousin and I have.
