If you simply work from home or have the property as a mailing address for a business that is acceptable -Are there any dog breeds you would not accept? -Any dog breeds that are typically on the "dangerous" breed list are not allowed due to insurance -Do I need to carry renter's insurance? -It is highly recommended, however it is at your discretion. In the case of an issue, the landlord is responsible for repairing the property, but not your personal property.
