This is a fully furnished duplex with all utilities included and pay a flat fee per month of $1800. All of the pictures are of the areas of your furnished duplex home (additional TVs and Dressers are available in storage or you can use your own). The only shared spaces are the garage, laundry/folding room, storage room, and the outside (which I take care of myself or by professionals when I am away for stints with the U.S. Army). Walking distance to Anderson Japanese Gardens, Grocery store, parks, and more. There are three bedrooms with 1.5 baths. The room with the tv/ gas fireplace is one open-concept living area that is furnished with original wood flooring. Custom tiling in the bathrooms. All three bedrooms have closets and shelving with room for additional dressers and TVs (they are located in storage or you can use your own). This duplex is fully furnished with the beds being full-sized and brand new. All utilities would be included in the price. Internet is included in the price. This unit has a tv antenna that receives many local and national channels in HD. An additional cable box for full Xfinity TV service can be added at an additional monthly split cost with landlord. As the landlord I would have a key for security/emergency reasons, but would not enter without providing 24 hours notice if there was a need for something to be fixed. No smoking/vaping inside the home, but be mindful if smoking outside. No pets over 25 pounds and include an additional $50 per month fee. This is fully furnished with the beds being full-sized and brand new. If you wish to use your own large furniture in the living room/ dining room there would be a moving and an additional fee will be attached to store the current furniture (i.e. the furnished couches) unless current items will fit in the shared storage room. The laundry room/folding area and large storage room we would share. I would not be able to access your living space as there is a separate door that locks to enter.
