We provide weekly cleaning of the common areas ,Free high speed Wi-Fi and also free Premium Cable TV service of Movies and Sports. The Garbage is disposed of for free and we pay for the trash tags. This is a traditional Victorian Student house since the turn of the last century , It is run as a small business by the same family for the last 63 years. We provide 24/7 service.
