House for rent coming available approx Aug 1. Could be aug 15th at latest. Deff in time before school starts. Zillow link listed below to see photos. House will be empty and freshly painted. Rent will depend on length of lease. And the tenants willingness to maintain the y a rd ect. If the tenant does not want to owner maintain the yard then that will be accounted for in the rent. There is a large garden. Chicken coop and dog kennel. Wood stove in basement. Electric heat. And propane hot water. Tenant will be required to fill the propane. And assume all utilities. 3 bedrooms on top floor. 1 in basement being used as a gym as soon in zillow photos. Rent will be anywhere from 2500 to 3000 per month depending on conditions listed. Additionally the property has a 30x50 shop. With a floored attic. Bathroom. And 400 sq ft apartment. My intention is to rent the shop separately. But will take longer to move equipment out and won't be available until Jan 1. If someone is interested in renting both combined they could have an auto shop ect. And I would discount the rent for the combined structures. Tenant would just have to be flexible on time they could move into the shop. Prob 90 days after the house. Pets will be allowed in moderation. And no smoking.
