Great area in Dacusville on a wonderful private lot. Yard is very pretty and big. The house was updated a couple of years ago. It has a new metal roof on it and new carpet and floors throughout the house. New vinyl siding on the house and shaker siding in the gable. Very quite neighborhood. Perfect starter home or a family of 3 or 4. Nestled in the beautiful country. Dacusville is a great area and the house is about 15 minutes from the city of Easley and about 15 minutes from Greenville but it's still in a beautiful and peaceful setting in the country. Brand new central heating and air unit installed and septic tank just pumped and new drain lines ran to the septic tank! If you are interested please contact me!
