The living room features a comfortable sofa, two recliners, a TV, and a wood-burning fireplace, with access to the outdoor deck. A stacked washer/dryer is also available for your convenience. Access to the heated indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness area is available, along with outdoor amenities including tennis, pickleball, and hiking trails. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with a $25 per hour fee. Wood for the fireplace is not provided but can be purchased from Fred's general mercantile. Situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC, this condo offers a remote location with small-town charm. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest to visit. Both Beech Mountain and Banner Elk offer skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips. It is highly recommended to bring a 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain, especially during winter months. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed. People other than those in the guest's party designated in the reservation may not stay overnight at the property. A 4WD/AWD vehicle or snow chains are highly recommended during winter months. The All Season Amenity Center is closed for annual maintenance during the month of April. Guests are requested to check with us beforehand regarding the availability of the pool and hot tub to ensure your stay meets your expectations. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the condo, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.
