The first floor has a kitchenette, with gas stove, apartment size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine. There is an electric fireplace both upstairs and downstairs, that further creates a cozy and relaxing space. This guest house is a new build, just finished in 2022. Shared laundry room. Renter is responsible for reimbursing landlord for a electric, gas, water, trash, and Google internet, which in total runs between $100 to $150 per month.
