The property is located in the gated community of Encantada Resort. Our 1200 sq foot townhouse is fully furnished and offers comfortable living for up to 4 people. The first floor features tile flooring . Living room, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom and laundry room are located on the first floor. Second floor has carpet on the hallway and both bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms are located on each side of the hallway. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, tv and walk in closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary essentials. Dining room provides large table. Laundry room has washer and dryer. Private screen lanai features hot tub and outdoor furniture which can provide amazing relaxation time after hard day of work. The owner will pay up to $150 per month in utilities. Anything above $150 will be the responsibility of the tenant. The cleaning fee is $200. There is no other cost associated with the rent. All of the amenities in Encantada are free to the tenants.
