I’ve upgraded almost everything in this house since I purchased it in 2007 I have added ceiling fans to both bedrooms and livingroom had a brand new central air unit installed when I first bought the house I’ve had the electric redone in the kitchen I’ve had a new appliances I’ve added a new metal roof recently i’ll put in a new hot water heater I replaced all light switches with nice nickel plated light switches most recent recently have painted the outside and the inside of the house I’ve change the plumbing in the bathroom and the kitchen I tiled around the toilet halfway up so in case of a leak it doesn’t ruin the walls and the house is tiled throughout I even tiled the back porch sunroom and the patio off the garage and it has a big open floor plan and even though there’s not a dining room the kitchen is very large and I have a dining room table in there as it is plenty of room in itThe shed actually has a light in it and it’s considered more of the work shop front porch 7 wide by 21 long the sun porch 10 x 12 foot long with glass windows all way around I just put in a new sod in June 2022has a carport and off the carport side 18x9x52 foot above ground pool with a sand filter and staircase tower surrounded with wood privacy fence 11/28/2023 energy efficient New Carrier air conditioner installed outside 2 1/2 ton also inside the new handler 2 1/2 ton. All new duct work new vents new boots And a new digital thermostat
