This has been a rental for about 12 years now. In the last month, I replaced the air conditioner and had some trees trimmed in the back yard. Other than that, I have done nothing to make any repairs. This will be sold as is only as I do not want to do any repairs. Again, IT'S AN "AS IS" PROPERTY SO THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REPAIRS MADE. This needs new flooring and a lot of paint! It's a great project if you're willing to do it. The siding was put on about 14 years ago. The roof replaced about 3 years ago. All expensive stuff had been done. This just needs inside work. This is a split entry. The upstairs has a balcony that looks down into the family room. You can see the 2 story brick fireplace that reaches to the vaulted ceiling. From the balcony you can also see the dining room/ sitting area. The 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and kitchen are upstairs also.The downstairs has the family room, spare room and 2 story brick fireplace. Neighborhood Description It's a quiet neighborhood but during the day it seems like everybody is out doing something. I've met many of my neighbors and they are so nice. I've watched the neighbor kids grow up. My neighbors seem to do a fine job keeping their properties maintained. We all pass notes on lawn care!!
