The house is set on a quiet, private road in Evergreen, surrounded by nature, yet it's much closer to I-70 and Denver than most mountain properties, making it easy and convenient year-round. The road is fully maintained, including snow removal in the winter, and the home has reliable high-speed internet that works well for remote work. Inside, the home is comfortable, well cared for, and thoughtfully laid out with a clean, modest-mountain feel that supports everyday living. It's well suited for families, couples, or solo renters who value comfort, calm and convenience. Pets of all sizes are welcome with no additional pet rent/fees. This is a fully furnished, 30-day minimum rental. Rent varies based on length of stay, with more favorable terms for longer arrangements. For shorter stays, an all-inclusive option with utilities added is available.
