While the neighborhood roads and the driveway get plowed whenever there is snow, the driveway is on a small hill, so we recommend having a car with all wheel drive if you're visiting from November to April. We also love and respect our neighbors, so please be mindful of noise when outdoors and avoid loud music, especially after 10pm. The hot tub is available year-round for use. To keep the water in good condition, please replace both covers after each use and leave the water temperature at 100F. There are 2 exterior cameras and a video garage door controller. These are only used for security and there are no indoor cameras or recording devices.
