A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet applies, with a limit of two pets. One-year lease term required. No smoking allowed inside the home. Parking is permitted in the driveway or on the street only. Any boat or trailer parking is permitted on a temporary basis only and is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive days.
