An older home that could use some upgrades and repairs to return the Japanese garden area back to its original splendor. It has mature fruit trees and is hooked up to city water and sewer but still has the old well in the garage that may be filled in. The pictures are not great, they weren't intended to be taken for selling the house. But these were the best I could find at the moment. There is no bathtub. My mother had it taken out and a nice walk-in tile shower installed. It has good bones with a lot of possibilities. There is a sunroom in the back with areas for large plants with drainage out to the garden area. It's old but there is lots of charm. It is currently being rented and will not be vacant until 01/01/2021 so please don't bother the tenants. I am happy to show by appointment.
