The hallway, living room, and family area have recently been re-carpeted. Currently, each of the 3 bedrooms, living room, and family room have window treatment for privacy; these curtains and rods will remain and are included in the rent. The home sits on a quiet street near the top of Pacific Heights that has a dead end with limited traffic flow.
