Great location. Very safe neighborhood. Neighbors on all sides very friendly. Swingset and playhouse in nice size backyard. Close to a school. Includes garbage service, if rent is paid on time each month for 12 consecutive months, your 13th month is free. If you're rent is not paid on time, there's a 10% late fee on what ever amount is unpaid by the due date. There will be a inspection for roaches and bedbugs prior to any one moving in, to prove that it is habitable. After any period that a tenant has moved in and they do appear, 100% of the cost to exterminate them will be the tenants responsibly. Pets are $25 extra per month, per pet. Tenants are responsible for snow and grass removal. Appliances are not included, but if they are left behind, they will stay there.
