There will be a inspection for roaches and bedbugs prior to any one moving in, to prove that it is habitable. After any period that a tenant has moved in and they do appear, 100% of the cost to exterminate them will be the tenants responsibly. Pets are $25 extra per month, per pet. Tenants are responsible for snow and grass removal. Appliances are not included, but if they are left behind, they will stay there.
