This is a new construction home (never been lived in) on a quiet street in Vilas, just a few minutes from downtown Boone. The front of the house overlooks a farm with sunset views. *When you send a request for more info, please include some info about yourself and anybody (including pets) that would be living in the house. The house is on well water, so that is free. There is no propane gas - all electric, and the tenant would be responsible for that utility. The house is in a POA and has some restrictions on parking (I will provide in a document). We would prefer a long-term lease, but can be flexible.
