A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of quiet hours, and a $250 fee for smoking inside the unit. Trash or food left outside may incur a $100 fee. Check-in is any time after 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. A laptop computer is not included.
