This unit is fully furnished! We are going on sabbatical for a year (August 2019-August 2020) and need someone to rent the place during that time. The unit is currently set up for two bedrooms but can be converted to 3 bedrooms easily. One of the bedrooms is currently being used as an office. There is also a smaller laundry room in the back of the unit that could be converted to a bedroom if desired (see the details about this room below). The unit is in a safe, quiet neighborhood in northern Moscow. It is about 2 miles from the University of Idaho and shopping, and less than a mile from the downtown area. Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding the neighborhood and area. Our main request is that we can continue using the garage as a storage unit to store one of our vehicles and other boxed items while we are away. We are willing to subsidize some of the rent (up to $250/month) in compensation for this. For the protection of all involved, all items left behind in the unit will be itemized and can be provided upon request for transparency. The garage would still be accessible to you to use for additional storage, or to access the hot water heater or fuse box. This request is negotiable, but strongly preferred. In the event that we end up not returning to Moscow, we can negotiate a full transference of the lease at the end of the term as well as dividing out any furniture that we may no longer need.
