Each cabin features a full kitchen and can accommodate up to 12 guests in total, offering a peaceful getaway with modern amenities that blend countryside charm with contemporary comfort. Each cabin comes with a full kitchen and a private porch. Cabins 1 and 2 each have a king-size bed and a full bathroom, while Cabins 4 and 5 offer two queen beds, a full bathroom, and a private porch. Cabin 4 specifically has wheelchair accessible accommodations. Enjoy the outdoor porches, where you can take in the stunning views of Enchanted Rock and embrace the peaceful ambiance. The fire pit is perfect for al fresco dining and cozy evenings beneath the stars. Cabins 2 and 4 can accommodate one pet each with a $100 fee. There is no fencing on the property, so pets must be leashed at all times. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Enchanted Rock, a geological marvel located in central Texas just minutes away from the cabins, captivates visitors with its sheer size and mystical ambiance. This massive pink granite dome offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Hill Country landscape. The neighborhood offers a serene and picturesque setting nestled within the beautiful Texas Hill Country, characterized by rolling hills, lush greenery, and expansive skies. Additionally, the neighborhood is just a short drive away from the vibrant downtown area of Fredericksburg, known for its quaint shops, delicious eateries, and cultural attractions. No smoking is allowed on the premises inside or outside. Parties are not allowed. Guests must stay within the yard boundaries of their dwelling due to hunters, other properties, snakes, and rough terrain. Fireworks and the use of firearms and/or weaponry onsite are prohibited. Lighting candles inside the property is not allowed. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please shut off any lights when they are not in use. The property is on well water, and with the extreme heat and current drought, the water pressure is low. Please be mindful of your water use. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, so please keep all windows and doors closed to help keep them outside. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00.
