Details and History: Description: The unit is the south side of the house on the right side of the file picture. There are three rooms on the first floor including a living room, oak trimmed dining room and eat in kitchen with dish washer, side by side refrigerator, and washer dryer plus a full bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms a full bath with tub and two sink vanity area, a good-sized walk-in closet, Wide ancient yellow pine floors throughout accent a professionally styled decor. There is storage in the shed out back and parking behind the house. The fenced in yard is very private. Utilities: There are lots of cable connections as well as great TV reception from the roof antenna. Landscaping and lawn care is done by a professional service as is snow plowing. Heat is oil and those big old radiators that keep it nice and cozy. We pay for the heat. Neighborhood: The area is still largely farm land but Broad Brook Rd is busy during rush hours. History: The Farm House is 1845 era with modern updates but is still a historical pre-Civil War home with all the funk and character of a home that has seen many generations of occupants. I have owned it for 35 years and take pride in maintaining it in top shape as well as taking care of the needs of our "guests." Now How About You?
