Myself and the other roommate are professionals in the finance/construction industries. Flexibility: We understand that life changes, and occasional flexibility may be required. However, we will strive to address any issues that arise with maturity and understanding. Household Supplies: We will keep track of shared supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) and take turns purchasing them, or we can agree on a system for purchasing. Lease ends December 31st 2025
