Located just minutes from John Wayne Marina, public beaches, and scenic walking trails, Sequim Bay Haven is perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure. Whether you're walking, biking, or simply taking in the scenery, this trail invites you to explore miles of stunning coastline and forested paths. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. There are security cameras on the property, but they do not look into the house. There is also an RV on the lot which is occupied part time. Personal mail delivery to the property is not permitted. Tampering with outside cameras is cause for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Smoking of any tobacco products, including marijuana, e-cigarettes and vaping products, is not allowed in the house or on the property. Renters who do not comply with this policy may be asked to leave without a refund and may be assessed with a $300 smoke removal fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty fee and you are subject to immediate eviction. If pet droppings are found on the property there will be an extra charge of $35 per pile. Overstaying check out will be penalized with $50 USD per hour. Internet connection may be weak at times in rural areas.
